Connectiva's partner framework aligns with our partner's mission to drive higher service revenues, reduce engagement costs, and deliver results to customers in a shorter time cycle. Our partner framework addresses the following areas of interaction:

Joint Marketing - Connectiva works with our partners to best compliment their marketing programs: Trade Show support, joint press releases, company web site partner logos and locators, joint white papers and business cases are a few examples.

Sales Support - Connectiva supports its partners' sales, account directors, and sales engineer resources through multiple mechanisms. Pilots and Trials - Gaining the competitive lead for some opportunities may involve the development of a prototype or conducting a trial. In many cases, opportunities are won by introducing a "try before you buy" concept. Connectiva's business process integration platform provides for low cost, quick turnaround prototypes or pilots which reduce customer cost and mitigate risk to the partner in the process of connecting the customer to the correct solution.

Training and Professional Services - Connectiva offers standard training courses designed for those developing technical solutions for customer needs, those involved in the configuration and delivery of solutions, and for clients that will support and maintain production environments that include Connectiva products. Professional services required outside of standard training and delivery services for Connectiva products and adapters are available.

Support and Maintenance - Connectiva will include within the partner framework a support and maintenance agreement to fit the business model of its integration partners. Typically, Connectiva will provide sufficient training for its partner's support organization to handle 1st line support for the partner's customers and Connectiva provides 2nd line support.
