Jason Lane Sellers to speak Service Abuse Management at the Fall Educational Event, CFCA
Jason Lane Sellers, Subject Matter Expert (Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management), Connectiva Systems, will be providing an overview of the fraud practices in Europe as a speaker in the upcoming Fall Educational Event of CFCA to held in Dallas, TX, USA between 4th and 6th October 2011. Jason will be speaking about the current issues in the region, their impacts and causes and how European operators are changing methodology in fighting fraud. He will also be discussing on the paradigm shift to fraud risk intelligence and commercial focus of fraud.
Jason will also be discussing in detail about service abuse management, on how the competitive market is changing the services providers offer and how services are being abused (in forms such as SMS spam, bombing, robo calls, gateways, arbitrage, etc.) and the impact of this on the operator and fraud departments.
The session will be wrapped up by Jason with a discussion on effective integration of fraud, risk, marketing and customer experience and the benefits of such integration.
